Codes marked with a * is confirmed working, the others might have to be
activated by another method. Someone suggested that they might work with
5 t2 `: V; C* i: |3 ?" g) q# Ran EA account, but since i don't have that, i can't test them. Codes with
$ a# s: y& g2 `7 g7 C+ z* don't have to be typed with a *, just in case you're wondering.
