Note:

Codes marked with a * is confirmed working, the others might have to be
activated by another method. Someone suggested that they might work with
& [$ W  r/ D% U. J5 B5 n/ X- Ian EA account, but since i don't have that, i can't test them. Codes with
- t: v9 i4 Z4 [2 p' S' c+ |* don't have to be typed with a *, just in case you're wondering.
