Codes marked with a * is confirmed working, the others might have to be
activated by another method. Someone suggested that they might work with
8 M' v$ \/ g( |. }an EA account, but since i don't have that, i can't test them. Codes with
7 k5 n+ N. b. C. }  \! ]& y* don't have to be typed with a *, just in case you're wondering.
