1、找到現成的視頻或自己轉換視頻，AVI封裝，解析度800x480 ，視頻編碼xvid，音頻編碼mp3。（我不確定其他格式是否能行，據說可以，甚至圖片和音頻分開都可以。。。N900原裝的從命名上看就是H264的）

0 z9 P' c5 I, M% n  H2、啟動WinSCP，把上述AVI檔複製到 /usr/share/hildon-welcome/media 目錄下；

! ?7 m7 M5 b9 \) A6 z2 ]* g3、到 /etc/hildon-welcome.d/ 目錄下，打開 default.conf （編輯）它，將XXXX部分替換成上述AVI檔案名。

4、重啟，檢查成果。

5、如果想復原，將XXXX改回原狀“Hands-v32-h264”
