WADder is a easy to use channel creator. It creates channels from just a DOL, a few images, and a name. Comes with an installer and easy GUI.

Instructions:

--- Install AS AN ADMINISTRATOR!.以管理員模式安裝
+ H! N: l; E9 T  b  y--- Run WADder from your desktop 運行
--- Enter values for the options. 輸入值
--- Pay special attention to the Title ID field: this MUST be different for EACH channel on your Wii
--- Title ID需與你的wii上的頻道不同
--- You must enter something for every option.
--- 每一個選項均需輸入特定的值
& m' D/ D4 l- g- H3 e--- Do not enter fancy characters for the Channel Name.
--- 不要給頻道名輸入特殊符號
8 O% n% O3 n, U/ H/ b* k& z--- Banners and icons do not need a special size, they will be internally resized.
--- 標題和符號圖片不需要特定大小,他們會自動收縮
9 E- Y4 T( o7 P- X2 O5 H--- Click Create WAD! and wait for it to ask you where to save the wad.
  N, F* _6 b4 K% F. h--- 點擊Create WAD! 等待程式詢問你在哪里保存wad.
4 x/ m- G) W- `--- Choose where and press save! The names of the WADs are CHANNEL_NAME-TITLEID.

Known Bugs:
- Vista has errors? Be sure to install and run as administrator.(據說以xp相容模式運行無問題)
