Becky! 是一個多功能的 32 位網際網路電子郵件客戶端程式，可以在Windows95、Windows98及NT下執行，雖然主程式本身的字型是英文，但是它的網站還提供中文化的程式，使你能在中文接頭下執行，增進親切感， 此外，它有Windows檔案總管似的外觀及感受 ，它擁有功能強大的文字編輯器，能支持各種語系，一般郵件程式的基本功能它也都有，以下是它的功能與特色：
6 w: A: n8 H" @" N& N2 a. n1.郵件信箱管理：可以建立屬於自己的資料夾，來分類的放置收到的郵件。可以透過『過濾器』自動移動特定的郵件到特定的資料夾中。
2.送件匣：可以儲存稍後準備要寄送的信件到『送件匣』，利用『投遞』指令會將所有帳號中的信件送出去。
3.草稿匣：可以將稍後準備要寄送的信件到『草稿匣』，準備晚一點寄。
  L) f$ g. y9 x+ @. M" P4.備忘錄：可以送郵件給『自己』，以便提醒自己一些重要及容易忘記的事，這些訊息都會在指定的日期送出。
5.可以點選的網址及電子郵件位址：如果網址或電子郵件位址在一封電子郵件中 出現，會用不同的顏色表示。雙擊網址會讓瀏覽器打開網址，雙擊電子郵件位址，會以該對像開啟郵件編輯器。
6.支持聲音電子郵件：可以錄製並送出聲音於 GSM6.10 聲波格式。對方需要Window95或 NT4.0 來播放這種格式。

- BUGFIX: When a folder was dropped on the folder, which has sub folders

- BUGFIX: An error message box on label editing on the tree view caused

on the status bar instead.
- BUGFIX: A message was not printed properly with "Meiryo" Japanese font
in Windows Vista.
