Becky! 是一個多功能的 32 位網際網路電子郵件客戶端程式，可以在Windows95、Windows98及NT下執行，雖然主程式本身的字型是英文，但是它的網站還提供中文化的程式，使你能在中文接頭下執行，增進親切感， 此外，它有Windows檔案總管似的外觀及感受 ，它擁有功能強大的文字編輯器，能支持各種語系，一般郵件程式的基本功能它也都有，以下是它的功能與特色：
) V: q3 H; F2 `+ E1.郵件信箱管理：可以建立屬於自己的資料夾，來分類的放置收到的郵件。可以透過『過濾器』自動移動特定的郵件到特定的資料夾中。
2.送件匣：可以儲存稍後準備要寄送的信件到『送件匣』，利用『投遞』指令會將所有帳號中的信件送出去。
3.草稿匣：可以將稍後準備要寄送的信件到『草稿匣』，準備晚一點寄。
4.備忘錄：可以送郵件給『自己』，以便提醒自己一些重要及容易忘記的事，這些訊息都會在指定的日期送出。
